As a teenager, I left Nigeria for the United States, armed with a dream and a fierce determination to succeed.  

I started as an undergrad at SUNY Plattsburgh, then pursued medical school at Howard University, an orthopaedic surgery residency at NYU, and finally, a joint replacement fellowship at Rush.  

Over the last 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of treating thousands of patients across three continents. My career has taken me from Jefferson Einstein in Philadelphia to Johns Hopkins, where I served as the joint replacement fellowship director. These roles shaped me into the surgeon and leader I am today. 

Along the way, I realized that success is about building systems that allow you to create wealth while living the life you love. 

This realization inspired me to co-found XSITE Capital with my partners, Leslie Awasom and Tenny Tolofari where we focus on helping busy professionals achieve financial freedom through real estate. 

But amidst this, a deeper question emerged: What is my true north? 

That question led me back to Nigeria, the place where my journey building DOC Medical Nigeria began. In July 2024, I moved to Lagos to fulfill my vision of transforming access to musculoskeletal care in underserved regions.
