  • Loan approval is in progress – all required documentation has been submitted, and we are now awaiting the final timeline for closing.


As we near this important milestone, we want to reaffirm our commitment to delivering the promised 27% tax savings from depreciation in Year 1. To ensure this, XSITE Capital is voluntarily allocating a portion of our own tax savings to you, our investors. This is our way of expressing gratitude for your trust, patience, and partnership as we finalize this deal.

  2. Investor Benefits: Your first distribution will still proceed as planned after the end of Q1 2025, and we remain committed to delivering the 27% depreciation we promised. To make this happen, XSITE Capital will reallocate some of the depreciation originally intended for us as general partners back to you.
